Fifty WordsMCC Theater
Artwork and collateral created for the world premiere of Michael Weller's Fifty Words at off-Broadway's MCC Theater. Direct mail pieces, postcards, marquee signage, and New York Times advertisements were created for this campaign.
The play's plot revolves around the breakdown of the marriage of its two characters in a "long night's journey into day." To reflect this, bold but subdued colors were chosen and paired with an eroded typeface.
